The Service delivers print-ready PDF files featuring randomized game boards (tablas) and customizable calling cards.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Our Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. This includes, without limitation, our proprietary AI models, the "Style Lock" technology, and the specific algorithms used to generate cartoon-style transformations.

2.2 Proprietary Technology Protections

Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Service.

2.3 User Content

By uploading photos, images, or text ("User Content") to the Service, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all such User Content. You retain ownership of your original User Content.

2.4 License to AI-Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Modern Lotería Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use, download, and print the AI-generated cartoon versions of your User Content ("Output") solely for your personal or commercial use in the form of custom Lotería decks. You may not use the Output to train competing AI models or sell the individual AI-generated illustrations as standalone assets.

3. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, and complete.
You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions to upload, submit, and use all User Content you provide through the Service, and to authorize Modern Lotería Studio to process, transform, reproduce, and create Output from such User Content as contemplated by the Service and these Terms.
Without limiting the foregoing, for any image that depicts or references any person (including minors and public figures), you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use that person's name, image, likeness, voice, and other indicia of identity in connection with the Service and the creation, printing, distribution, display, and other use of the resulting deck, including any rights required under applicable right of publicity and privacy laws.
You will not upload or use User Content (or request Output) that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other proprietary or personal rights.
You acknowledge and agree that any use of unauthorized images in your decks (including decks that bear the Modern Lotería Studio logo) is solely your responsibility. You further acknowledge that the appearance of the Modern Lotería Studio logo on a user-generated deck does not imply that Modern Lotería Studio endorses, sponsors, approves, or authorizes any User Content, and you are solely liable for all content within your deck.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Modern Lotería Studio from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any unauthorized or unlawful User Content you upload or use, or any unauthorized or unlawful use, printing, distribution, or display of your deck or Output, including claims related to right of publicity, privacy, trademark, or copyright infringement.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Creating content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or promotes discrimination.
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
Uploading viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
